HIGH CULA 1A / Online


Food nourishes and satisfies you, and brings people together through preparation, enjoyment, and celebration. Students learn about cuisine and how creativity can be expressed by preparing food. They learn the fundamentals of a working kitchen, and explore what it takes to develop real talent as a chef. This course enhances knowledge of the endless varieties of food, and presents the possibilities that the many spices can bring.
